To grow in faith, requires risk. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and leaders, youth will be encouraged to step out and do things that they may not have done before. Although risk can be scary, it is our aim to set everyone up for success in their spiritual walk.
Our focus in on the process not on the end product. Whether or not you find success or failure, we all learn from the process. The goal is to learn along the way more about our selves from our successes and mistakes and take ownership.
Inner spiritual growth requires a knowledge of one’s identity in Christ, and a willingness to learn and be taught by others. This may reveal areas which will require strengthening and/or correction. Though this may not be an easy process, the love and care within the group helps in the journey of being conformed in the image of Jesus.
God is a fun God. We choose to celebrate the joy of the Lord expressed through having times of fun together. God intended us to enjoy him and each other, and it is our aim to cultivate of fun, growth, and learning.
Spiritual growth is not a journey that is walked alone. To grow together as a group it is important that a culture of honour is created. The goal is to see people the way God sees them, and not by how the world sees them. There is value in every person, as we are made in His image, and we celebrate those that the Lord has placed within our lives.
We are a family. In the body of Christ we love one another, honour one another, and have fun with one another. We welcome all to join our family.

We are all given a choice. Our purpose is not to condemn those around us, but to enlighten them with the truth of God’s love and righteousness.
